Coaching is a form of personal guidance based on respect and an equal one-on-one relationship. It is aimed at people in a positive sense, awareness of their own knowledge and to be able to change themselves.

Belief in one’s own abilities and the possibilities for change that are discovered in the interaction between insight and behavior.

As a Co-Active coach, I support and guide you during this learning process of awareness. At the start, we first discover together at where you are in life now, what you would like to work on or develop. This includes, for example, hidden or postponed goals, major changes, getting to know yourself better or how to deal with recurring obstructive thought patterns.
